Managing Group Quick Links

Quick Links and Quick Link sections created at the group level will appear on all child sites within the group. These Quick Links and Quick Link sections will not be editable by child site PolicyConnect Administrators.

Creating a set of group Quick Links is performed in the same way as creating a set of Quick Links on a child site.

1. From your parent site, enter administrator view.

2. Create a new Quick Links section.

3. Add your group Quick Links to this section.

4. Your new Quick Links will now be visible on all child sites within your group. Test this by visiting a child site and confirming that the new Quick Links have appeared and are not editable in Administrator View.
