Group Locking Page Visibility

PolicyConnect Group Administrators have the ability to lock the visibility of pages at the group level, preventing PolicyConnect Administrators from hiding or displaying pages at the child level.

To group lock page visibility:

1. Enter administrator view.

2. In the left-hand navigation menu, locate the page you wish to group lock.

3. Click on the icon next to the page heading to lock the page's visibility, or click the icon to unlock the page's visibility. Note that when group locking a page, any pages above it in the hierarchy will also be locked.

4. Click on the icon.

6. Click on 'Proceed' to save your changes.

5. Your page's visibility will now no longer be editable by PolicyConnect Administrators. This is denoted by the icon on all child sites.
