From time to time, your learners may forget their passwords, this guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to send your learners a password reset email from CompliLearn
Important note: If your staff sign in with Single Sign-On (not locally using the Email button), you will not be able to send them a password re-set and they should contact your internal IT team for assistance.
To a Password Reset Email to a Learner
1. Select your Avatar in the top-right
2. Select Administer from the dropdown menu
3. Click the Users tab
4. Hover over the name of the learner and click the downward facing arrow that appears.
5. Select Send password reset from the dropdown menu that appears.
6. When the options appear, select 'Send password reset'
A confirmation should then appear on your screen confirming that the email has been successfully sent.
