PolicyConnect administrators can accept content updates and view the status of all modules from the My Content Status screen in PolicyConnect. Additionally, the My Content Status screen is where administrators can review historical update notes for each module.

To Access the My Content Status Screen
1. Click the Eye in the top menu to enter administrator view.
2. Click the Gear in the top menu.
3. Select Content Admin in the left-hand menu.
4. Select the My Content Status tab
This is the My Content Status screen and it will display a list of modules available on your site, alongside information relating to the current status of each module.
Columns in My Content Status Explained | |
Module Name/Update Notes | This column will display the name of the module, as well as the page icon which when selected will show a list of update notes for each of the published content updates that have been made for the selected module. |
Status | This column displays the current status of the module. 'Current' indicates that the latest content updates for the module have been published on this site, while 'Pending' indicates that there are content updates for the module that have not yet been published. |
Last Update | This column displays the time and date that the module was last updated. |
To Publish Pending Updates via the My Content Status page
1. Click on the green Pending text in the Status column for the module you wish to publish updates to.
2. Review the update summary and click Update in the top right. This will reveal a full update comparison.
3. Review the changes, then click Update in the top right to publish the updates.
To View the Update Notes History for a Module
1. Click the icon next to the name of the module you wish to review.
2. A window will appear, displaying a list of previously accepted updates and their publish notes.
