From the My Content Status page, PolicyConnect Group Administrators are able to view the status of all modules across all sites within their group structure, accept content updates, and review historical update notes for each module.
Navigating to the My Content Status page:
1. Enter administrator view.
2. Click on the
icon in the top menu bar.

3. Select the 'Content Admin' tab in the left-hand menu.
4. Select the 'My Content Status' tab to open the My Content Status page.
This page will display a list of modules available on your site, alongside information relating to the current status of each module.
The "Module Name/Update Notes" column will display the names of the available modules, as well as an icon allowing PolicyConnect Administrators to view a list of update notes for each published content update for the module.
The "Status" column displays the current status of the module. 'Current' indicates that the latest content updates for the module have been published on this site, while 'Pending' indicates that there are content updates for the module that have yet to be published.
The "Last Update" column displays the time and date that the module was last updated.
Publishing pending updates via the My Content Status page:
1. Click on the orange 'Pending' text in the 'Status' column for the module you wish to publish.

2. Review the update summary and then click the 'Update' button to view the full update comparison.
3. Review the changes, and then click the 'Update' button to publish the updates.
After publishing the module updates, PolicyConnect Group Administrators will then need to group publish the updates to make the update visible on their child sites.
Modules that have not yet been group published with display a pending update icon next to the module name. Hovering over this icon will display a message that reads "You have accepted these update but have not published them to your child sites."

After group publishing the update, the status of the module on each child site may be viewed via the My Content Status page.
To view the status of a module on child sites:
1. Click on the
icon to the left of the module you wish to check.
2. The orange 'Pending' or grey 'Current' text will display the status of the module on a given child site.

To view the update notes history for a module:
1. Click the
icon next to the name of the module you wish to review.

2. A pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of previously accepted updates and their publish notes.
