Clearing Your Browser Cache
From time to time, cached web content which is designed to make your site load faster, can interfere with your login.
How to Clear Google Chrome Cache
1) To clear the browser cache, navigate to the Settings on your browser. In Google Chrome, the settings sit under the three ellipses dots in the top right-hand corner of your browser.
2) Then select More tools and Clear browsing data.
3) Select the Advanced tab and choose a time range of at least the Last 4 weeks (see below).
4) Select the checkboxes next to at least, Cached images and files.
5) Select Clear data.
6) Close and reopen your browser and attempt to login again.
How to Clear Mozilla Firefox Cache
1) To clear a Firefox browser cache, navigate to the Settings on your browser. 'Settings' sits under the icon of three horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner of your browser.
2) Then select Privacy & Security on the left and Clear Data on the right.
3) It is best to select only Cached Web Content, as if you select 'Cookies and Site Data' you may be logged out of websites.
4) Select Clear.
5) Close and re-open your browser and attempt to login again.
