When user generated content is created at the group level and shared with child sites, the PolicyConnect Administrators of the child sites will not be able to edit the content.
To help PolicyConnect Administrators identify which pages are available for editing, an icon is displayed next to the page heading in the left-hand navigation bar.
To locate these icons:
- Enter administrator view.
- Enter draft mode by toggling the slider in the top menu bar.
- Locate a user generated page within the left-hand navigation menu.
- Besides the page heading in the left-hand navigation menu, one of two icons will appear.
The icon indicates that the page was created at the child level and is available for editing by PolicyConnect Administrators.
The icon indicates the the page was created at the group level and is only available for editing by PolicyConnect Group Administrators. - Hovering over either icon will display a tool-tip describing the ownership type of the page.
