A note on learning items
CompliLearn uses "granular" reporting. This means each learning item that comprises a course will be listed in the report, so you will see exactly where the learner is up to, to the level of detail of which learning items they have completed. To see the overall status of the learning, you may wish to use the below filters:
- Parent = not exists - If we see a learning item as a "Child" (link or document within a course) and the course as the "Parent", this will limit the report outcome to only the Parent. This is useful when you have a number of standalone learning resources, but they are all different "types". A standalone learning item does not have a parent, but a learning item within a course has a parent.
- Type = select exactly the type of items you want to report on. This is useful when you only want to report very specifically on Courses, Awards and standalone Interactives, for example.
