Follow the instructions below to delete a user generated page:
Please note: Pages that contain child pages cannot be deleted.

Click the eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View
2. Click the slider in the top menu to enter draft mode. The slider will turn blue once draft mode has been enabled.
3. Locate the user generated page you would like to delete in the left-hand menu.
4. Click the ellipsis button, then select Archive. The page will then immediately disappear from the left-hand menu.
5. A blue number will appear next to the module that the page was stored within. Click the blue number which will reveal the Publish Content screen.
6. Record the reason for the change within the Publish Content screen.
7. Select Update and then refresh your browser.
8. To delete the page permanently, click the Gear in the top menu bar to enter Settings.
9. Select the Content Admin option in the side menu.
10. Select the MY ARCHIVED PAGES tab.
11. Locate the Module that the page was originally stored within and select the arrow to expand the section.
12. Locate the page to be deleted.
13. Select the View this Page icon.
14. Click the DELETE button.
15. A 'Delete Archived Pages' screen will appear. Type the word Confirm in the space provided, then click DELETE.
This user generated page should now be deleted and these changes will take immediate effect.
Please note, although this user generated page has been deleted from your PolicyConnect Platform, the system will not allow you to create another user generated page with the same title as the deleted page.
