When completing a task/action assignment, you may have the option to view a linked form as a PDF.
Please note: this function will only be available if your administrator has attached a PDF to the task/action assignment to provide you with greater context.

1. Navigate to the Task/Action Assignment that you want to view the PDF for. For step-by-step instructions on how to access a Task/Action Assignment please visit this guide.
2. Click the downward facing arrow next to Linked Registers & Forms
3. Click on the three dots next to the Linked Registers & Form
4. Select View PDF from the dropdown menu that appears.
