Users can select an option to attach a PDF, which will allow Lite Users to view a linked form as a PDF and provide them with greater context when completing a task.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to attach a PDF to an action assignment.
Please note: Tasks and Actions are the same thing. It is up to your organisation which terminology you use however the instructions below remain the same regardless.
How to Attach a PDF to an Action Assignment
1. Click Tasks/Actions in the top menu
2. Select Tasks/Actions from the dropdown menu that appears
3. Select the Task/Action Key of the Task/Action you wish to enable this feature for
4. Select the Assignments tab
5. Click the Assignment Key
6. Hover your mouse beneath the Attach PDF option, this should reveal a pencil
7. Click the Pencil
8. Select Yes from the dropdown menu that appears
9. Click the Tick to save these changes
A PDF of the linked form should now be available to Lite Users completing this task/action assignment
