Assurance New Features Release June 2024

What's New?

We are excited to announce the release of the following new features in Assurance:

• New Header Size and Background Colour for all Sandbox Sites
• Ability for Lite Users to Access a Linked Form

New Header Size and Background Colour for all Sandbox Sites

We have changed elements of the header for sandbox sites to make it easier for our customers to differentiate between their Sandbox Site and their Live Site. Sandbox sites will now have a grey header with navy text, whilst Live sites will retain the same formatting. Please see the examples below:

Ability for Lite Users to Access a Linked Form

Prior to this release, Lite Users were unable to access a linked form when completing a task. Now, users can select an option to attach a PDF, which will allow Lite Users to view a linked form as a PDF. This feature aims to provide Lite Users with greater context when completing a task.
